All cakes are made with no sugar, high quality protein and flour. You can indulge without worrying about waist size expanding or blowing your blood sugar levels through the roof. It really comes in handy as a post workout snack/meal. Compared to all the other bake options in the Bronx, this is clearly a winner. Also, she caters to diet restrictions such as nut free or gluten free, you just have to tell her in advance. She is truly one of a kind and I highly recommend. Buy and eat with confidence. Enjoy!”
