Bake by Rutty started with a simple belief: you shouldn’t have to choose between a treat you love and a treat that loves you back.
Rutty grew up surrounded by the warm flavors of Dominican home baking, desserts that bring people together. But like a lot of us, she wanted those treats to fit a healthier lifestyle, without losing the comfort and the flavor.
So she started baking differently: cakes, cookies and muffins with at least 20 grams of protein, no sugar added, no artificial additives, and completely nut-free. Real ingredients, real goodness, and the same homemade love she grew up with.
Today, Bake by Rutty bakes fresh to order in the Bronx, serving neighbors across the Bronx and Uptown Manhattan. From a chocolate chip protein cake to a Dominican-inspired Batata con Coco, every order is made by hand, just for you.
